The Department of Information Technology at ESCC strives to maintain, support, and continually improve the information systems and network infrastructure at the institution. It also provides support and services to faculty, staff, and students. The employees of the DIT are dedicated to serving and providing the best service possible.
Services provided to students, faculty, and staff include campus email, information portals, WIFI, and Canvas support. The department also provides support to student lab computers and ESCC’s managed printing service through WEPA.
We are in the process of moving all of our students to a new Office 365 license. If you have previously signed up for our free version of Office 365, the way you have to login has changed and instructions are below.
If you have not previously signed up for our free version of Office 365, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your student number when you contact us via our helpdesk email address.
If you already have an account setup in our free version of Office 365 then you can sign in by following these steps:
Use your student email address but change the @student.escc.edu to @studentescc.onmicrosoft.com
Your passwords have not been changed, so you can use the password you set up when you signed up for the free version of Office 365.
Enterprise State Community College student email is hosted by Gmail and G Suite. With G Suite, you gain the benefits of a robust and innovative feature set, the ability to access email and calendar services from any Internet-connected device, and more storage capacity. You also have access to Gmail (including Inbox by Gmail), Calendar, Classroom, Contacts, Drive, Docs, Forms, Groups, Sheets, Sites, and Slides.
You can access your student email directly from Gmail on your web browser, the Gmail app on your device, or by using the link weevilmail.student.escc.edu. You can also access the email link from the Students page on our website.
The Enterprise and Ozark campus sites offer Wepa cloud-based printing. This solution allows students and employees to upload any file from campus or from home to Wepa’s cloud-based server for convenient printing to one of our onsite printing stations. Wepa accounts are created automatically for students after drop and add at the beginning of each semester. Pre-paid cards can be purchased from our Bookstore or funds can be conveniently added online to your account.
