Qualifications: Required Education/Work Experience:
1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. One year CDL driving experience
3. Valid/Unexpired CDL License with a Passenger (P) endorsement
4. Current Physical and ability to maintain a current physical on file

Required License/Certification:
1. Possess valid drivers’ license and insurable.
2. Valid/Unexpired CDL License with a Passenger (P) endorsement

Other Specific Qualifications/Requirements of the Job:
1. Ability to work non-standard hours as needed
2. Willing to travel and stay overnight as needed

POSITION SUMMARY: The Bus Driver transports students and employees to various locations as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

SALARY: Salary Schedule L $13.35/hr

Employment will be contingent upon receipt of a clearance notification from a criminal background check. Job Title: Bus Driver

Department: Student Services/Athletics

Reports to: Associate Dean of Students/Athletic Director

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Job Summary: The Bus Driver transports students and employees to various locations as needed.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Safely transport passengers from campus to various location and safely returned to campus.
2. Maintain cleanliness of bus at all times (inside and outside)
3. Empty bathroom waste after each use
4. Report any maintenance problems immediately to Athletic Director
5. Log all travel events

Required Education/Work Experience:

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. One year CDL driving experience
3. Valid/Unexpired CDL License with a Passenger (P) endorsement
4. Current Physical and ability to maintain a current physical on file
