The Training for Business and Industry Division offers customized courses, seminars, and workshops to assist employers in training and development of existing and prospective employees. Programs include both academic and occupational courses. College personnel can assist in assessing company training needs, securing the trainer, and designing job-specific training modules to enhance employee performance. Program costs vary with the length of the course and intensity of training. Training is offered on the campus as well as the job site.
