All students attending classes on the Enterprise campus are charged a facilities renewal fee of $9, a building fee of $5.00, and a bond surety fee of $1.00 per semester credit hour, and all students are also charged a $9 per semester credit hour technology fee. At the current time, students attending classes on the Fort Rucker campus are not charged a facility renewal fee. Again, the average in-state, full-time student taking 15 semester credit hours will pay $135 in facilities renewal and technology fees per semester.

Enterprise State Community College reserves the right to revise tuition and fee amounts without prior notice.

Other Fees
Checks given in payment of tuition, fees, and other charges are accepted subject to final payment. If the student's bank does not honor the demand for payment and returns the check unpaid, the student will be assessed a returned check fee of $30. If the payment is not cleared promptly, the student's registration will be cancelled, and grades and transcripts will be withheld.

Books
New and used books are available for purchase in the ESCC Bookstore. Students should check with the Bookstore Manager for current prices on books. In addition, many students who wish to sell their books after completing a class will post notices on the bulletin boards around campus.

Room and Board
Enterprise State Community College does not operate residential facilities, therefore students are required to make their own arrangements for room and board while attending ESCC. Click here to visit the Wiregrass Real Estate web site, which contains information on local realtors (for rental purposes). For budgetary purposes, students who are living separately from their parent/s should count on spending a minimum of $200 per month for food, $200 per month for rent, and $75 per month for utilities. To determine the cost of room and board for one academic year, these amounts should be multipied by nine months. This calculation yields a result of $4,275 in room and board expenses for students who are not living at home with their parents.

Miscellaneous Expenses
Miscellaneous expenses include items such as school supplies, transportation, clothes, and an allowance for emergency expenses. For budgetary purposes, students should count on spending at least $1,600 per year on these and other incidental expenditures.
