Admission of Transfer Students

An applicant who has previously attended another regionally accredited post secondary institution will be considered as a transfer student.  The student must provide official transcripts on all work attempted from all said institutions.  ESCC may also require the transfer student to provide official student documents required of first-time students.  The official transcripts should be mailed to:

              Enterprise State Community College
              Admissions Office
              PO Box 1300
              Enterprise, AL  36331

All official academic transcripts must be received by the ESCC Admissions Office before the end of the student's first term of enrollment.  If the transcript/s has/have not been received, the student's transcript will include the following statement:  CONTINUED ENROLLMENT DENIED PENDING RECEIPT OF ADMISSIONS RECORDS.  This notation will be removed from the transcript upon receipt of the required transcript.

Applicants who have been suspended from another institution will not be considered for admission except upon appeal to the College Admissions Committee.  Written requests to appeal admission should be sent to the ESCC Registrar Gary Deas.
