- Complete and print the In-State Residency Form.
- Go to the Print & Mail Application and complete and mail your application.
- The User Name MUST be between 5-20 characters long, with no spaces. The Password MUST be six (6) characters long.
- Complete ALL information to create a New Account. A message will display if you have incomplete data.
- When ALL information is entered, click on the Submit button.
- On the New Account Verification screen, click on Create My User Account.
- On the Admission Application Contents screen, select Personal Info. Enter required information then click Save and Go to Next. Do this until all areas are complete.
- If you are not a first-time student, you will be asked to list ALL colleges you have previously attended (you must enter all colleges whether or not grades or courses transfer or are to be used).
- If one or more of your colleges do not appear on the list, select "college not listed" from the top of the drop down menu and enter the name of your college by erasing the contents of the "name" box and entering your college's name and address there.
- Click on Complete Application, click on Print and then sign your application, then click Submit Application.
- Once you have successfully submitted your online application, you MUST return the following information to the Admissions Office of the ESCC campus that you plan to attend before the processing of your application can be completed:

- Once this information has been received by the Admissions Office at ESCC, your application will be processed and you will receive an acceptance letter by mail.
- Request that all applicable transcript(s) be sent to the ESCC Admissions Office as soon as possible. You can print copies of the Transcript Request Form to submit to previous colleges/schools.
- If you received an error stating that you already have an Admission file, print and complete the paper version of the Application for Admission & Residency form and return it in person or by mail to the appropriate address above.
If you are applying for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), your Financial Aid will NOT be awarded until ALL transcripts have been received.
We do not accept Faxed transcripts. They are not considered official.
You will not be able to register for classes for a second semester of attendance AND your grades and transcripts will be held until all admissions documents/transcript(s) are on file.
